Heroes on hand are just that! They arrived on time, assessed our water tank and immersion heater and didn’t give a sharp inhale, our new system is working a treat, thank you guys!

Our kitchen tap had packed up and the water had started seeping through the pipe which could have caused a major leak. I called Andrew over the weekend and he sent over one of his team members on Monday who came around as promised to identify and fixed our leak. He came in the appropriate PPE gear, was very friendly and made us feel at ease throughout. Identifying the leak was particularly tricky but Andrew’s colleague made swift work of it and was very tidy in the process. We really appreciate Andrew’s transparency around pricing and his time. We had been having a problem with our boiler losing pressure for quite some time. Andrew diagnosed the problem when he was here to do other work, and then fixed a time for this work to be done. Andrew did the work with no fuss and no disruption, and it was great to see Andrew working with a new apprentice, passing on his many years of accumulated knowledge and experience to a new generation of plumbers and heating engineers.
