Charlie and Jake did a really fantastic job installing a double Hive Thermostat for us. Really diligent trouble shooting a complex installation, making sure it was working completely. So wonderful to be dealing with really compitent engineers. Thoroughly recommend them.

Our kitchen tap had packed up and the water had started seeping through the pipe which could have caused a major leak. I called Andrew over the weekend and he sent over one of his team members on Monday who came around as promised to identify and fixed our leak. He came in the appropriate PPE gear, was very friendly and made us feel at ease throughout. Identifying the leak was particularly tricky but Andrew’s colleague made swift work of it and was very tidy in the process. We really appreciate Andrew’s transparency around pricing and his time. A very nice young man has just been to visit and has fixed the leaking pipe in the ceiling that British gas couldn’t do on two visits!. I’d been waiting several weeks for British Gas so was delighted you could sort the leak in one quick visit.
