Our kitchen tap had packed up and the water had started seeping through the pipe which could have caused a major leak. I called Andrew over the weekend and he sent over one of his team members on Monday who came around as promised to identify and fixed our leak. He came in the appropriate PPE gear, was very friendly and made us feel at ease throughout. Identifying the leak was particularly tricky but Andrew’s colleague made swift work of it and was very tidy in the process. We really appreciate Andrew’s transparency around pricing and his time.
