I was over the moon, the heating and hot water was back on again and, more importantly my wife happy again, happy home. You really did save Christmas.

This was my first time using Heroes on Hand, I found Andrew very professional and knowledgeable. I booked him to service my boiler but had a few other questions about my heating system he was easily able to answer. I have now booked his colleague to install a new radiator for me. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We had been having a problem with our boiler losing pressure for quite some time. Andrew diagnosed the problem when he was here to do other work, and then fixed a time for this work to be done. Andrew did the work with no fuss and no disruption, and it was great to see Andrew working with a new apprentice, passing on his many years of accumulated knowledge and experience to a new generation of plumbers and heating engineers.
