Thank you so much to Andrew Black’s Heroes on Hand for your excellent work in supplying and fitting a new expansion vessel for our boiler. We had been having a problem with our boiler losing pressure for quite some time. Andrew diagnosed the problem when he was here to do other work, and then fixed a time for this work to be done. Andrew did the work with no fuss and no disruption, and it was great to see Andrew working with a new apprentice, passing on his many years of accumulated knowledge and experience to a new generation of plumbers and heating engineers. I will always recommend Andrew Black’s Heroes on Hand whenever I get the opportunity to do so.

I’ve used and Andrew and his team for years now, and yes I’ve seen a few staff come and go. But there is one I would like to say, that Andrew does choose the finest, if it isn’t the finest himself doing the job.

Dear Charlie, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for coming round to service my old boiler and installing a hive thermostat. Not only did you come around on a Saturday to complete the plumbing works but you left my kitchen cleaner than when you arrived. I have only used my new thermostat for a few days but using my smart meter have already calculated that by having better control of when my heating and hot water are on I will save myself over £200 per year.
