We’ll send a Gas Safe engineer to carry out an in-depth visual inspection of your central heating system. The process usually takes between 1-2 hours depending on the size of your home and complexity of the system.
Our engineer will assess the condition of all system components and provide a full written report detailing their findings. The report will confirm whether your system is suitable to provide the heating and hot water your property needs. If repairs or replacements are required, we’ll provide separate quotes.

We charge £85 +Vat for a boiler service. £85 +Vat for a landlords safety check or can carry out both as per legal requirements and manufacturers warranty suggestions once every 12 months for £150 +Vat. **Please note we can negotiate for larger portfolios or group bookings based on locations.
There is no call out fee. We either offer a free quotation for example a new boiler replacement or if there is an issue with a boiler or heating system we would charge £85 +Vat to investigate, diagnose and either attempt a repair up to the first hour and/or after diagnosis provide a fixed quote to repair or replace the defective part.
We are Vaillant advance engineers and so can offer 10 year parts and labour warranty. We are Which? Trusted Traders too and so can provide a 3 month to 12 month guarantee depending on the type of work.

We don’t offer insurance plans as we have found for our clients this simply doesn’t work for anyone. We do offer service plans where the required maintenance for the heating system in your home can simply be spread across 12 months. This allows us to keep closer care of your system, reduce risk of unexpected repairs and puts you on our priority list where will be with you as quickly as possible.
