There is no call-out fee. For boiler faults we charge £85 + VAT to investigate, diagnose, and attempt a repair within the first hour. If further work is needed, we'll provide a fixed quote before proceeding — no surprises.
We aim to respond as quickly as possible and offer same-day visits where available. For emergency situations outside of normal hours, get in touch and we'll do our best to get an engineer to you promptly.
Yes. Our engineers have experience with all major brands including Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Ideal, and more. We carry common parts on every visit to maximise the chance of completing the repair in a single call-out.
A boiler service is £85 + VAT. Combined with a landlord gas safety check (CP12), the cost is £150 + VAT — the most efficient way to cover both in a single visit.
Yes. As Which? Trusted Traders we provide a workmanship guarantee on all repair work. As Vaillant advance engineers we can also offer up to a 10-year parts and labour warranty on eligible Vaillant boiler installations.
It depends on the age and condition of the boiler. As a general rule, if repair costs are approaching half the price of a new boiler, replacement is often the better investment. Our engineers will give you an honest assessment rather than push you towards unnecessary work.
