We have a huge responsibility to ensure our tenants are safe and that certain requirements within the properties are met to a high standard.

My tenant informed me that you managed to diagnose the issue and talk him through the solution over the phone and got his heating back on immediately. Once again as you were when the very old boiler needed replacing during the pandemic you were our Hero On Hand.

We had been having a problem with our boiler losing pressure for quite some time. Andrew diagnosed the problem when he was here to do other work, and then fixed a time for this work to be done. Andrew did the work with no fuss and no disruption, and it was great to see Andrew working with a new apprentice, passing on his many years of accumulated knowledge and experience to a new generation of plumbers and heating engineers. I will always recommend Andrew Black’s Heroes on Hand whenever I get the opportunity to do so.
