What our Monthly Service Plans include
- Boiler Service:
- Full manufacturers recommended service of the appliance.
- Complete check of boiler performance
- Correction of any settings and controls
- Landlord/Homeowner Certificate:
- Full legal gas safe in use certification of all appliances, gas pipe work and gas meter.
- This complies with the current legal requirements for any property owner renting a property to a tenant
- For homeowners this means an inspection and testing of all appliances and pipe work in the home.
- Certificate and Service – WE RECOMMEND BEST FOR PRICE AND SAFETY:
- Complete manufacturers service of the boiler with a full gas safe regulation check of all gas appliances, gas pipe work and the gas meter.
- All manufacturers recommend that their boiler is serviced at 12-month intervals- whilst the gas safety certificate is a legal requirement- the service is strongly recommended in line with the manufacturer’s instructions ensuring full compliance should there be any future issues.
- Complete Certificate & Service with central heating and systems check, including full property audit:
- We run the central heating on full checking all the radiators, controls, valves, and inspect anything in the property that has water or gas running through it. Carrying out visual inspections and maintenance checks of everything and building up a digital record of the property in case there is an issue in the future that we can react to faster.
