We had been having a problem with our boiler losing pressure for quite some time. Andrew diagnosed the problem when he was here to do other work, and then fixed a time for this work to be done. Andrew did the work with no fuss and no disruption, and it was great to see Andrew working with a new apprentice, passing on his many years of accumulated knowledge and experience to a new generation of plumbers and heating engineers.
