We had been having a problem with our boiler losing pressure for quite some time. Andrew diagnosed the problem when he was here to do other work, and then fixed a time for this work to be done. Andrew did the work with no fuss and no disruption, and it was great to see Andrew working with a new apprentice, passing on his many years of accumulated knowledge and experience to a new generation of plumbers and heating engineers. A very nice young man has just been to visit and has fixed the leaking pipe in the ceiling that British gas couldn’t do on two visits!. I’d been waiting several weeks for British Gas so was delighted you could sort the leak in one quick visit.
