Thank you so much to Andrew Black’s Heroes on Hand for your excellent work in supplying and fitting a new expansion vessel for our boiler. We had been having a problem with our boiler losing pressure for quite some time. Andrew diagnosed the problem when he was here to do other work, and then fixed a time for this work to be done. Andrew did the work with no fuss and no disruption, and it was great to see Andrew working with a new apprentice, passing on his many years of accumulated knowledge and experience to a new generation of plumbers and heating engineers. I will always recommend Andrew Black’s Heroes on Hand whenever I get the opportunity to do so.

I’ve used and Andrew and his team for years now, and yes I’ve seen a few staff come and go. But there is one I would like to say, that Andrew does choose the finest, if it isn’t the finest himself doing the job.

A very nice young man has just been to visit and has fixed the leaking pipe in the ceiling that British gas couldn’t do on two visits!. I’d been waiting several weeks for British Gas so was delighted you could sort the leak in one quick visit.
